Control group cancelled my application.Continuous feedback to check back in 24hrs
I signed up for a sim only plan on Tues 13/3, Received an email that my applic had been cancelled due to not supplying documentation (ID, etc)on Wed 14/4. I went into the store that very afternoon (ie wed 14/4) and supplied all documents and was told the process should only take another 24-48 hrs. We are now over 1 week later. I have been into the telstra store 3 times and have rang in several times...... No one knows what the hold up is or why. I keep getting told it will be rectified in 24hrs time and to call back then. Terrible customer service. Terrible process Telstra.
