Data Upgrade says I dont have a service with account

I have a sim card data of 80GB a month but on the telstra web site it has 200GB that I would like to upgrade to so I click on the button to get it, I then sign in with my Telstra details and it says I dont have a service with this account, I setup the account with a guy working at the telstra store, the 200GB is not in the options from the telstra app (upgrade data) on my android phone but it has the option for 180GB but its $115 compared to the 200GB @ $75
