How do I find out the end date to my mobile phone plan - on line if possible?

Hi Sue, 

There are 2 ways online that you can get your Contract End date online. 

Firstly, you can have a chat to our Live Chat consultant: http://tel.st/eAUDU  they are available 24x7 and can have an answer for you in minutes. 

The second way is you can sign into My Account: http://www.telstra.com.au/myaccount
Select the Mobile Service, and you'll get some details about the service including when the contract ends.

I did what Steph suggested as my account is already registered, but there is no information at all about the end date for my contract.  I've owned my iPhone for almost 3 years (a few months with another carrier) so I must be getting very close to the end of my contract.

As Koalasrule responded to a previously posted Q&A regarding end date for a mobile phone contract in My Account, I cannot find the informatiuon either.  I may be looking in the wrong spot so please advise.

If you have can't find your contract ending date it may be that your contract has ended already, in which case there would be nothing there. You can check this by talking to our Live Chat team at the link that Steph supplied.

Checked via online help and the mobile contract does not end until 2016 so the contract has definately not ended.  So still trying to confirm where the contract end date can be found in My Account.  Please advise.  Notweithstanding even if the contract had ended I would of thought it sensible to actually still have the actual contract end date whether past or in future.

If you go into My Account, and where it says Plans & Usage, select the relevant device that your inquiry relates to. 

 

Once you have clicked into the details of the Device, you should see a "Plan Details" Tab on the right hand side. If you select this, you should see the details of your plan, including:-

 

-     The plan that you are on;

 

-      The PUK number for your Phone:-

 

-      Your Contract End date:-

I have more than one mobile phone on my account.  I can see :

 

-      The plan that you are on;

 

-      The PUK number for your Phone:-

 

-      Your Contract End date:- 

 

...for one phone but not the others.

 

Please advise.
