eSIM not received yet order status is completed

Hi everyone,

As subject - I've got emails saying my order (1-2543357218013) is complete, service is activated however since I opt for eSIM and was expecting a QR code I never got anything else.

Can't call support and then you need to login to myTelstra to send a message yet I can't register because my mobile number is not active in my phones ... feels like we're walking in circles here.
