Extremely irate customer
Just want to change from post paid to pre paid.
Call customer service - get directed to online
Speak to online chat bot - download the app
Download the app - must sign in
try to sign in - must have a Telstra ID
Create an ID - finally log in
select my account - no account there
Attempt to Add Account - error - button DOESNT WORK
Talk to chat bot again - repeats the same steps I've already tried...
I just want to leave this s%^&ty carrier and activate another sim card F*&%!
