free hour

I have not used my free hour for some time and cannot remember when it is ? I cannot find it in my online account details. Can it be found there or do I need to ring accounts ?

Thanks Lindy, the chat call was a waste of time, after 10minutes the operator said they did not have the info and I would have to contact "retail.live" whoever that is ??
