Friend is unable to call my telstra mobile

My friend has tried to call my Telstra mobile (a Samsung Galaxy S4) several times now and is unable to get through - he keeps getting an engaged signal, even when I am not using the phone. As far as I know, no-one else has had trouble calling me, although a couple of times calls from other people have gone straight to voice mail without the phone actually ringing.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or worked out how to fix the problem?

Thank you.

Re: Friend is unable to call my telstra mobile

Hi AliC,

There are 2 things off hand that it could be:

Have you got Blocking Mode set? It's like a Do Not Disturb function
Is he listed in your Call Reject list?

Have you been on the phone when he tried to call?

Also, can he call other people also on Telstra?
