Frustrating wait

I thought Vodafone were bad but at least you can speak to a person and have your query understood.

On the chat yesterday since 12.15pm and dealt with 3 different people asking me the same stuff. Got a new person at 7.45pm and get an answer to my query in 30 mins. After all that they can't even add a international call package to my account.

My first week with Telstra and now I wish I had stayed with Vodafone. The worst service. No way to contact them. Bring on 12 months so I can go somewhere else.

Are you on pre or post paid account?  Where does the 12 months come from?

I am experiencing the exact same problems with Telstra - cannot get help through the ridiculous chat app and theres not even a contact number to call now. The MOST disappointing service out.

If you are getting frustrated with the My Telstra chat facility, you aren't alone!

 

But type in Speak to a Consultant and you will be put in a queue for a consultant to message you back - it may take a while, hours even but you will be messaged back and from there you can start a real chat..  make sure you have notifications On for the app, don't log out and check it regularly (I have had responses come back at 2am)..  it's not ideal, but seems to be your best chance to progress something..
