Getting assistance

Going overseas for several months and want to hibernate my number, telstra plan and associated costs,  but Telstra's 'Chat' service is defeaningly silent....

Any advice greatly appreciated....

Are you getting any errors pop up on the app @Sirdisgruntled?


If you are using an iPhone, make sure to have iMessage enabled in your settings menu. That can stop you from connecting to the secure chat.

If it's a mobile service, then you can't hibernate the service and costs.

The most you can do is reduce it to the lowest cost plan.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
