How do i Cancel my mobile service

How do I get through to someone to cancel a mobile plan? The phone number keeps on telling me Telstra is too busy and continues to push me to a chat service that is unresponsive.

If you mean the chatbot in the My Telstra app keeps going around in circles and not getting to the point just type "Chat to a consultant".

 

Alternatively, if it's a pre-paid mobile service just don't re-charge, it will expire in 6 months.

 

You can call 13 22 00, which I found is best between 8am to 5pm M-F.

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(

When you say 'cancel' or 'disconnect' via the My Telstra app, Codi should put you through. Have you been able to get it sorted since your post?
