How do you get Telstra to speak with you?
Have been trying to set up a new phone for almost 2 weeks now. Can't seem to get anyone from Telstra to help fix it up? Have been in store 3 times now, tried calling, have used the messaging app and lodged formal complaints but still can't seem to get anyone to talk to me?!
