How to cancel a plan

How can I cancel my mobile plan? I've spend hours trying to find the right place in MyTelstra, but I just don't seem to find it. And when I open the live chat, no one replies to me. Calling the customer service isn't really an option, as I have moved out of Australia, and a long wait on the phone could be super expensive. It's very frustrating, as this shouldn't be that complicated

Maybe try the browser version at https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home

Sign in

Click on Services in the Menu bar

Click on the service

Click on Plan Detail on the right side of the service page

Click on Contract Details and you then should see an option to cancel your plan...
