how to get in contact with online telstra

Hi, I ordered a new iphone 5 weeks ago via Telstra online for a staff member to take away on contract work with him. I have had a confirmation of order at the time but nothing since. It seems impossible to contact them via chat or email?. When I get through to store telstra they say online is a seperate entity and they cannot help me track the order. Help
