How To Request a StayConnected™ Replacement

I have a damaged Samsung S5 which is on a 2 year plan due to run out in March 2017. Included in plan is monthly payments for StayConnected. I was just wondering:

 

  1. Does my service cease when putting in a service request? Or can I keep using my phone until my replacement phone is collected?
  2. What would be the cost of a replacement/ refurbished handset when I have been paying $13 a month for the last 20 months?

No, your service doesn't cease and the cost is 'up to $220'

"A fast exchange & replacement service providing protection for your phone. Dispatched by the next business day. A service fee of up to $220 will apply.†"

Best calling 132200 and say "stayconnected" if you wanted to confirm though.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
