Nobody at Crowdsupport can assist with login issues as we don't have access to account information.

 

The login for your account should be the same as for Crowdsupport (they both use your Telstra ID and password).

 

If you can't log in, then send a message by through the My Telstra app on your mobile (you don't need to be logged in to use chat) and then go to the Get Help tab and click on the blue icon at the bottom of the screen. If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You use the "speak to a human/person" comment only when you are messaging via the My Telstra app or My Account..

 

But I believe all of us at CrowdSupport are humans..  Smiley Happy   no bots here!

Where and how are you trying to log in?.

 

What happens when you try?. (any messages etc.)
