I wish to reactivate my old sim
I had a plan with Telstra which was cancelled back in 2018.
I was hoping to reactivate this plan (possibly even pre paid) and keep my old phone number.
Is this possible?
Was this helpful?

Re: I wish to reactivate my old sim
If it was cancelled a couple of years ago, changes are the number has gone back into the pool and may even have been re-assigned since. You can try dialing the number directly and see if it gets answered, but it isn't a guarantee that the number is still available.
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!

Re: I wish to reactivate my old sim
We'll start with the title question.
No. You will need a new SIM.
You will need to contact Telstra to sign up for a new plan (it is easiest to do this in store if you want a specific number), as part of the process they can check to see if the number is available.
