In Progress Order

On May 8th (3 weeks ago) I place an order (#SBS50935629) through the Telstra website to upgrade my phone and plan. When I search by my order number it just says "In Progress" there has been no update since the order was placed. Now when I go into "My Orders" nothing appears.


What's going on? Has my order been cancelled? I have not received anything from Telstra other than the initial email "Order Confirmation" and a follow up email "Adin, important information about your plan" which details my new plan and phone.


I went into a Telstra store but they were unable to help and said to call Telstra, which I can't do at the moment. The person in the Telstra shop gave me the following number 2000323468353
