Iphone Overseas

I am currently overseas in the UK and have had renew my Iphone 6 with a new Iphone under  warrenty from Apple because the original phone died.

the new Iphone will not let me make any call even although it says that i am connected to the local carrier and it shows that Telstra is the main carrier.


How can i solve this problem?

It could potentially be either the handset is locked to the network in the UK or our systems are not recognizing the handset change - I'd recommend having a chat with our team here  http://tel.st/hsc3 and they should be able to help get this fixed up.
