Jamster Phone Scam & ThirdParty Services

Does Telstra vet 3rd party service providers before it allows them to transact through the Telstra network?

Take Jamster for example. There are many comments and complaints being made about Jamster on  Telstra forums and social media as to the unethical, if not illegal, practices Jamster uses to make a buck.

Through the customer data it has access to, including social media comments and concerns that have been raised, I would expect Telstra has a pretty good view of how its 3rd Party Service Providers behave.

On behalf of its customers I do hope that Telstra does indeed set some sort of standard and does make an effort to filter out the scammers and unethical operators.
