Hi. I want to change the message bank on mobile phone <mobile number removed to protect your privacy> from voice message to be 'voice to text'. Can you assist with that?

You would need to contact Telstra directly either by LiveChat or by Phone as this is a public forum instead of a Telstra contact method.
But it is something that they should be able to help with pretty easily.
