Mobile account change of ownership

Has anyone had the pleasure of of submitting a 'Change of Ownership' form for a moblie?

11 pages long!

A number of the pages is just instructions and cruft, so I just printed out the relevant pages, signed it, and sent it to the special email address.

What do you think happened next?

Well not much. 2 weeks later they respond telling me I have not completed all the form! So they want me to print out 11 pages of rubbish.

Anyone at telstra heard of Climate Change.

Of yeah, Andy has, that's him on social media spruiking how green Telstra is.

What a joke!

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Mobile account change of ownership

Your statement denigrating the whole form as “11 pages of rubbish” is irrational.

It just gets better and better.
11 pages results in a file too big for gmail.
That's irrational to put your customers through that.

Re: Mobile account change of ownership

You are scanning at too high a resolution if 11 pages is too big for gmail. I've sent documents that are over 100 pages long through gmail. 200-300 dpi is more than enough for a form.

The other way is to print to pdf and sign the pdf of the form electronically.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
