Mobile Data Fair Go

Answered

I pay for a 40 GB per month mobile plan.

At 20 GB a speed limit was executed on my download of 1.5mbs.

Why was this commenced at 20 GB instead of 40GB?

Re: Mobile Data Fair Go

Sounds like a system glitch. To find out, you will need to contact Telstra, either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
