Mobile message bank not working.

Hi, I have a new telstra mobile service with a BYO iPhone 5S (originally on an Optus service). I can't get the message bank to work, when I dial 101 I just get a recording saying "the service you are calling from does not support telstra home messages 101, thank you for calling etc..."


Any ideas on how to fix this?

That sounds like MessageBank hasn't been enabled on your service there,

We can help with that. If you do have MessageBank enabled on your service though it may be that something is up with your carrier settings. You can update to the latest version following the directions here:
