Mobile phone plan not activated

Hi

 

I applied for a SIM only plan over two weeks ago. Sim has arrived and I have activated it over the Internet. Transferring existing number to get better reception than Vodafone. Nothing has happened for 2 weeks! When I track the order online, the message is "pending" and there is no way I can contact Telstra - they don't answer the phone and have no online chat. So totally stymied. Any suggestions?
