Mobile plan on hold while deployed

Good morning,  

I am currently deployed overseas with the ADF. I was hoping to see if I was able to put my account on hold for the duration of my deployment.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hope you were able to get this sorted before deploying. For future reference, the best way to get your account placed on hold is to chat with our billing specialists in your My Telstra app https://tel.st/k2acw Once in the chat, the virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before asking a team member to contact you.
