Is the service under a consumer or business account?
If Consumer you can contact 13 22 00 and say Mobile Faults and listen to the prompts
if on a business account :
- If you are the owner of the business or authrorised rep on the Business account you can call 13 2000 and say Mobile Faults and listen to the prompts.
- If you are not the authorised rep on the account an authorised rep will need to contact Telstra on your behalf to reset the Voicemail Pin for your service.
