Level 1: Cadet

Telstra told me in store that to move my service to a new residental address that it would be $89 fee. To cancel would be $40 but I get an email saying $84 to cancel!! On top of that, I’ve been with Telstra for over 20 years. I’m not happy at all, especially after I rang Telstra and spoke to a nice lady who said she could wave my $89 moving fee as I was a good customer. So which is it? $40, $89 or no fee? I’m really confused and really annoyed. Get it together!

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
