My order had been sent to the wrong address
Over a week ago I ordered a new iPhone, and it had been sent to a previous address. I have proof that I changed my account details months ago. The shipping times say 1-2 metro. It’s been over 10 business days and I still haven’t received a tracking code or a confirmation that it is has been sent. (To the wrong address). Can not contact Telstra via phone or email and shopfronts tell me there is nothing they can do. What happens now. My new plans has been activated and I’m paying for a phone I don’t have.

Absolutely overwhelming these responses.
Telstra has sent me the tracking code 3 days after the iPhone has been delivered and “left in a safe place”
has anyone else had a phone delivery and not had to sign for it??
