Nano Sim Activation
I have a new Z3 and nanosim. I'm trying to activate the sim. I already have a device with Telstra, and I'm keeping the phone number on the new device.
The activation website asks for a 9 to 13 digit SIM serial number. The serial number on my new SIM is 14 digits, so the webstie won't proceed (it comes up as an error in a required field).
How do I proceed?
