Need evidence of ownership of phone

I need to make an insurance claim on my phone and they require proof of ownership of the phone.

i have a 24 month contract starting in January 2020 for an iPhone 11 Pro, how would I go about getting a copy of this contact? Or what other means could I use as proof of ownership.
