New data plan not activated

Dear all


I have a mobile plan small which I received an email on 20 October 20 saying that it would become upgraded on 22 November 20.


My account is showing that I am still on old plan of 8 gig.


is there someway to get it upgraded as the email says:


"From 22 November 2020, your mobile service below, currently on the Go Mobile Plus BYO Plan $50 is being upgraded to the new Mobile Plan - Small. Your new plan will include 40GB of data for $55 a month, that’s an extra 32GB of data for $5 more. "

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi doesn't understand the question then type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thank you Jupiter, only problem i have a Windows 10 phone and on the telstra app, doesn't have the help icon as i have been through all the screens.


I will go in to Telstra store directly this week.
