New mobile phone not connected to network since Friday

Hi,

 

I recently renewed my contract with a new galaxy s5 phone 2 days ago, and it still hasn't connected to the network. My old phone has also had its connection to the network disconnected.

 

Can someone please help?

It's possible that your new sim is not activated, you can activate it here
