New Phone Feeling - Sending Phone Back

Hey I want to upgrade my phone due to needing the camera to be better for work - I can access the new phone feeling, but it says I have to send my old phone back to them which is fine, but do I get my new phone first? I can't be without a phone for work even for a day.

I have ordered the new phone feeling and I didnt receive the phone since a month now. I guess telstra have lost it in this virus thingy.

its always you get new one and return old .. but i want the plan to be moved to new plan

From memory, they have a 14-day period to return the phone and they would send you the return satchel... but yeah, no down time usually.

Pardon me ignorance, but what is this new phone feeling that everyone is talking about?

It's where you could upgrade your handset and plan for a fee after the first 12 months of a 24 month plan.

It's not available to new handsets purchased after late January 2020.
