New phone order Processing
wondering if you can share some light.
I placed a a new order today over the phone doing the new phone feeling and upgrading. I have received 2 emails already one some info regarding stay connected and the other emailing giving me the billing breakdown. I have checked order status it says it’s processing does this mean it’s approved

With all those things, I reckon your order is approved/being processed... but Telstra can always surprise you!
If you did it online and are getting a new phone then you should get a tracking number, but sometimes they are delivered before you are notified...
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
