New phone

I’m needing a new phone but want to keep my same plan and number although I want to buy a phone through Telstra and add it onto my current phone bill and plan. They haven’t answered me in the chat at all yet and I’m wanting to know if that’s possible before I go into the Telstra shop so I’m not wasting my time

Thanks. You can keep your number but you won't be able to keep your plan. If you're taking up a new handset (in installments, not outright purchase) then you'll need to add it to one of our current range of plans.
