Holy hell. 

 

You're a multi billion dollar company and you refuse a lifelong customer of a plan cancellation and number replacement? What a joke. 

 

I have had the same conversation and different outcomes (all of which are infuriating and incorrect) over multiple days. This shouldn't be a hard thing. In fact, it isn't. It has been done multiple times before. 

 

You have cost me my time and money - on top of the money I pay for your "service" - and it is beyond unacceptable. 

 

Cancel old plan. 

Replace new number with original number. 

 

 

I've lost my patience.
