Order closed no device received

So this morning I discover that my order (placed 8th March) has been closed service activated yet I haven't even received my device. I can't call anyone there is no online assistance that offers any help for my issue.

Yet my contract clearly states that it will not commence until my device is received. I am so angry at the moment. I was told mu device would be here over 2 weeks ago. I understand with Covid19 there would be delays. Yet there has been no communication by Telstra and then they have the audacity to close my order and activate my plan. How dare they. So now what are my options?

You should lodge a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints

 

You can also try to get in contact with Customer Support either via the messaging option in the "My Telstra" app on your phone (bottom right or Help screen), or via the Twitter or Facebook accounts.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thank you. I was feeling a bit frustrated.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
