So this morning I discover that my order (placed 8th March) has been closed service activated yet I haven't even received my device. I can't call anyone there is no online assistance that offers any help for my issue.
Yet my contract clearly states that it will not commence until my device is received. I am so angry at the moment. I was told mu device would be here over 2 weeks ago. I understand with Covid19 there would be delays. Yet there has been no communication by Telstra and then they have the audacity to close my order and activate my plan. How dare they. So now what are my options?
