Order Tracking

Hi. I placed an order for a phone & plan on 28/11, but the order is still in progress. I haven't had any updates or been informed of delays. I'n not able to get hold of a real person to query the status of my order. How am I able to confirm what's happening with my order? Many thanks.

Do you have any communication from Telstra regarding the order? Any reference number? Have you looked on the Telstra product page to check if the item is available?

 

If you can't get any update through My Account or My Telstra Track My Order, and can't get help via the My Telstra chat service then perhaps (because of the time since ordering) try lodging a complaint via  https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/Email-Complaint

 

I had to do this recently for a similar situation - I got a call back from a case manager the same day and received the phone 2 days later...  so it worked for me..

Thanks Steve! I've submitted a complaint, so hopefully that'll resolve it. Fingers crossed!!
