Ordered phone plan which got cancelled due to id

I ordered a phone and plan a couple months ago as I am with telstra with home phone and internet thought was the best way to do it. 

All was fine then I get an email saying i needs to verify my identity which then of course was when covid isolation started and all shops were closed and then because I didn’t verify in time it closed my order I called they said to go into a shop and verify which I did then I called they said they couldn’t see the it on the sales force then I go back into the shop then they find the entry made by the shop which verified my I’d but now when I call I never get through and live chat never answers. 

I want to clear that last order so I can make a new one because until that one is closed or removed I can’t 😩
