Re: Outright without plan
Yes, you can do this. You will need to pay out the contract termination fees for your handset repayments.
You can check on how much this will be via your My Account https://tel.st/jzk5y. Log in and click on "See your services" link, then you will see an option next to your phone plan that says "Manage Mobile". Click on this, and then you will be taken to another page where you can click on "Contract Details". This is where you have the option to upgrade your phone. It will also show the current contract term and any early termination fees that may be applicable.
Then you can get in touch with our team via the My Telstra App messaging service (link here https://tel.st/cn9xy). Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "Pay out phone contract" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this. If you get stuck on the Codi chat bot, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a team member.
