In the last three weeks I have received four Extra Data upgrades (1gb) at a cost of $10 each when I have barely used the internet. I know I haven't burnt through 1gb in those short amounts of time and am just being blatantly and unfairly charged. How do I get these incorrect fees removed from my bill?

If you feel that the usage meter is incorrect and that you haven't used the data you would need to call 132200 and say "mobile faults", speak to the mobile assurance team and get them to lodge a date dispute so they can investigate the usage and if they agree it is not valid to adjust the account appropriately.
