Overcharged

Hi there

ive just updated my mobile plan and the agreed cost was going to be $107 a month, why has my first bill come through as $187 a month. Every time I try to query my bill it’s “temporarily unavailable”.

You should be able to log into your account online or via the 24/7 app and see a break down on the charges.
