I had to change my mobile from $35 per month freedom ( no contract) to the Small plan, but Telstra hasn’t put me on ANY plan! My last bill was over $1100 for the month, and this one is over $1300.  I have called TWICE AND BOTH TIMES have been assured it would be adjusted on my bill.  This still hasn’t happened and my bill is due in a week!!! I am continually trying to speak to someone but can’t get through! The Telstra stir can’t help as they also have to call the same number!
