Phone received after order was cancelled


I ordered an iPhone several weeks ago.  There was a problem with the order being assigned incorrectly and I had the order cancelled.  (I have a reference number for that but received no cancellation email or other confirmation.)


To my surprise the phone turned up by courier today, several weeks after I had cancelled the order.  I cannot get on to a person through 132200 or on the chat (the agent is hopeless at understanding my question and just terminates the chat).


All I need to know is how to return the phone as it is not wanted and I had been assured that it was cancelled.


Any practical advice would be appreciated.
