Plan change



I am on byo $49 and received an email that my plan will change to small plan $55 with a $10 credit on 22/11/20.

Am I able to upgrade to the medium $65 plan and still receive the $10 credit?

You would need to discuss that directly with a consultant. I'm not sure that you can, as that change would be in excess of the mandatory change to which the $10 credit actually applies.


Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response and you will receive a notification through the app.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
