Plan dollar increase with no notification

My monthly plan charge has increased with no notification from Telstra (am I surprised they did not notify me?). Has anyone else had their plan increase in cost without any notification?

 

I tried calling them and went through the "what is your query" questions to then be cut off.

 

The customer service from this company is non-existent.

You should have received an email or SMS about around a month prior to the change.

 

All customers are being moved off the old plans and on to the current range of plans as part of Telstra's simplification of their system.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
