Plan increase without consent

Telstra why are you changing my plan without my consent. 
I do not over use my phone plan, never call overseas, so no need for plan increase. Please call me??

Hi @Roostersb2b 

 

No one at Crowd Support has access to customer accounts, you will need to take your issue up with them directly.

 

On a sided not, Telstra are retiring all grandfather plans in favour of having all customers on the current ones available. Naturally, if the new plans don't suit and you can't negotiate anything better then it will be time to move on.
