Re: Plan not to change left as it is
A lot of customer's are not happy that Telstra are moving them to new plans.
Telstra will eventually be moving all customer's onto the current plans.
If you want to discuss your options (for possible a cheaper plan than they're moving you to) you can visit a Telstra store (if you're able to during COVID-19).
If you can't get to a Telstra store then you'll need to send a message via the My Telstra App (blue icon in the Get Help section, bottom right of the screen).
Another option is to change to Telstra Pre-Paid Complete.
The $150/ 6 months expiry equate's to $25 per month.
