Plan roll over before 30th Sept.

I've been a customer for over 20years, but to receive the Mobile Plan Small upgrade with a credited $5, you are asking for all my personal details as if I were a new customer? This appears to be a fishing exercise for personal information, if this is a genuine offer, then allow current account holders to simply roll it over without all the required information as we are existing customers. Start looking after your long term customers, there is no incentive to stay with Telstra, I have a job, I can pay my bill, that is all you need to know from me.
