Re: Plan

Hey @Louie1986

If you're due to upgrade, you can definitely pre-order your device online now. Just head to https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/mobiles-on-a-plan/iphone to select your plan/device and place an order online.

If you want to check the costs to upgrade head to https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/contract-details and confirm the remainder of your contract.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Re: Plan

Yes, you could do that.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
